Jen is a past Board Chair for the Iowa Women’s Foundation, and a passionate advocate for women and girls everywhere. A Quad Cities native and life-long Iowan, her commitment to advancing Iowa’s economy runs deep—and improving family-friendly benefits is a crucial step.

In addition to her work with IWF, Jen is the CEO of de Novo Marketing, where she leads her team in working with communities, nonprofits, and economic development organizations to advance the quality of life for everyone in the state.

She also serves on the Cedar Rapids Board of Education and is a member of the Women Lead Change Board of Directors. She is a Past President and Sustaining Member of the Junior League of Cedar Rapids, and a past Board Member for the Girl Scouts of Eastern Iowa and Western Illinois.
