4C’s Community Coordinated Child Care strives for all children, regardless of socioeconomic status, to receive quality early education that provides a foundation for lifetime success.

Formed by the Black Hawk Child Care Coalition, Cedar Valley Kids is a center that provides high-quality childcare to infants through school-aged children.

Community Early Childhood Center collaborates with United Way, HHS, Promise Jobs, and the Child and Adult Care Food Program to provide high quality child care at an affordable rate.

Opening in 1993, Community United Child Care Centers has proudly supported over 500 children and 300 families in the Cedar Valley area.

The Council Bluffs Schools Foundation operates three signature programs: Kids & Company, STARS Scholarship, and Alumni & Friends.

The Crittenton Center provides child care, after-school programs, family resources, support for youth experiencing homelessness, and other specialized services.

Discoveries Learning Center offers families a comprehensive, research-based care experience.

Growing Minds Early Learning Center is a nonprofit agency providing child care services to primarily low-income families.

Lil’ Vikes Child Care promotes children’s Vision, Inspiration, Kindness, Encouragement, and Success.
