Sunflower Child Development and Discovery Center provides quality care and education to the children of Winneshiek County and the surrounding area. Sunflower utilized previous IWF funds for architectural services associated with the development of a new center to replace their aging facility. The new facility will increase their capacity and help meet the need for childcare in their region. They envision a place where all children flourish, families move to Northeast Iowa, school enrollment increases, and their local workforce has high-quality child care.
