The Sumner Daycare and Learning Center (SDLC) utilized IWF funds to build a permanent daycare space in Sumner that provides care for children of all ages in order for mothers to have an opportunity to be employed, fulfill education needs, or be active members of the community. Expenses for their new location included land acquisition, architect fees, and legal costs to purchase the ground for the new building to be built.
