The Crittenton Center provides child care, after-school programs, family resources, support for youth experiencing homelessness, and other specialized services. IWF has previously funded their infant center located in Sioux City’s West High School. The program was developed to support high school students with children, getting the students into the classroom with as little disruption as possible, and ensuring they are able to graduate. This includes transportation to and from school, as well as financial assistance for childcare enrollment costs.
