Community Early Childhood Center provides a nurturing and safe environment where self-concepts are enhanced, independence is encouraged, and individuality is respected. The center collaborates with United Way, HHS, Promise Jobs, and the Child and Adult Care Food Program to provide high quality child care at an affordable rate. They are the only provider in Fort Dodge to offer a sliding fee scale to those families who qualify by income. IWF funds were previously used to expand the center’s building, increasing their licensed capacity by 37%.
