The mission of 4C’s Community Coordinated Child Care is for all children, regardless of socioeconomic status, to receive quality early education that provides a foundation for lifetime success. 4C’s also strives to improve the childcare workforce by helping educators develop professional programs, supporting child development homes who care for low-income children, and assisting a wage enhancement program implemented in Johnson County.
