Don’t Give Up Your Daydream is a call to action for all women and girls as they daydream about endless scenarios of success. Don’t give up. But it’s also a testament to the daydream shared by the 27 women who started it all. They envisioned a future where every woman and girl in Iowa had a fair opportunity to achieve her personal best. Today, that daydream has become a powerful force for change through IWF, and we are incredibly grateful to be celebrating 30 years of initiative and impact.

Meet our keynote speaker
Beth Shelton is the CEO of Girl Scouts of Greater Iowa, overseeing operations for 13,000 members in portions of Iowa, Nebraska and South Dakota. The Girl Scouts is a powerful building block to empowering women of the future. Through Beth’s work and her speaking engagements, she motivates audiences to think about the importance of inspiring girls to reach their full potential, and to never give up on their daydreams.
As a lifelong amputee, Beth speaks from the heart about overcoming obstacles, leading with compassion, and embracing a spirit of empowering others to drive amazing results personally and professionally.
