The Council Bluffs Schools Foundation operates three signature programs: Kids & Company, STARS Scholarship, and Alumni & Friends. Kids & Company is an HHS licensed childcare program that offers convenient and affordable programming before and after school, during out of school days, and during the summer. The STARS Scholarship program provides financial, social, and emotional support to low-income parents on their path to earning a degree or certificate. Finally, the Alumni & Friends network seeks to engage graduates of the district, fostering mentorship and connection in the Council Bluffs Schools community.
