Williamsburg Community Child Care (W4Cs) provides diverse social, recreational, and educational activities for children. Their dedication is illustrated through their voluntary participation in the Iowa Quality Rating System for child care centers that go above and beyond HHS licensing requirements, earning a 4-star rating. W4Cs recently expanded their existing child care operation by opening a second site. The expansion provided an additional 88 child care slots, increasing their capacity by 54%. Previous IWF funding went towards furnishings and materials that were needed for the new classrooms.
