A Cedar Rapids native, Andi received her BA in Psychology from the University of Nebraska-Lincoln and holds a JD from University of St. Thomas School of Law where she graduated magna cum laude. She shifted careers in 2018, and joined New Leader Manufacturing, where she is currently the Executive Director of Shared Services.

Andi has always been driven to help others. After high school, she spent three months in Guatemala teaching English to children with special needs and she interned with the Coalition for Battered Women while in law school.

She is also passionate about the barriers of employment, childcare and education as they are interwoven. Without childcare, women cannot pursue employment and training and education is difficult, if not impossible.
In addition to IWF, Andi sits on the board of Boys & Girls Clubs of the Corridor.
