2018 Annual Luncheon
Stronger Together
The 22nd Annual Luncheon was held Thursday, Oct. 4, at the Coralville Marriott and Conference Center. Keynote speaker, Danielle Kurtzleben, a reporter for National Public Radio who specializes in economic policy, demographics and gender politics, shared her insights in how rapidly gender issues are changing, and how this may impact the future of politics, policy and beyond. Danielle is a native of Titonka, Iowa and has a wide perspective of the world. Her role at NPR and former roles at Vox and U.S. News & World Report help listeners make sense of policy and data to better understand their place in American politics.
