Ann was first introduced to Iowa Women’s Foundation over a decade ago after being invited to join the marketing committee. Her dedication to its mission has only grown, and today she proudly works to serve the needs of Iowa’s women and girls through her role as Program Manager.

Aside from earning a BA in Business Administration and a short stint in Minneapolis, Ann has always called the Iowa City community her home. She is passionate about giving back, and has served as a volunteer for numerous community-focused boards and committees, and as a mentor for iJAG (Iowa Jobs for America’s Graduates).

Ann is especially passionate about breaking down the child care barrier and finding solutions that make affordable, quality child care more accessible. As a parent of two adult boys, Ann knows that child care has an invaluable impact on a woman’s ability to succeed.
