Dayna Ballantyne, Executive DirectorDayna Ballantyne

Dayna joined IWF as interim executive director in September 2008 and graduated to executive director in March 2009. She holds a masters degree in social work with an emphasis in nonprofit management and community organizing from the University of Michigan. She has demonstrated success in designing, developing and financing programs that meet community needs."For years I worked with women struggling to overcome abuse, discrimination and lack of education.  My frustration with a system that restricts and overburdens women led me to IWF.  The success of our grant partners demonstrates our capacity as a community to develop a new norm for women.  As a mother of twin daughters, I am committed to introducing them to a world of equality and limitless possibility."

Stephanie Hamilton, Office Manager

Stephanie joins the IWF with over 20 years in non-profit fundraising and event experience. Her true passion is with Lionne Designs which enables her to empower women and provide opportunities with endless possibilities. She is proud she was able to connect the two organizations.  “I love being able to pursue opportunities that offer genuine rewards and provide win-win situations for everyone. This opportunity with the flexibility it offers fits into the picture perfectly!”
