UNWIND - May 10, 2012

You're invited to UNWIND, a night of relaxation on Thursday, May 10, from 6:30 - 8:30 p.m., at the East West School of Integrative Healing Arts, 1395 Jordan Street, North Liberty, IA.

Run Like a Mother

Join us for the 9th Annuall Chicks for Change Run Like A Mother 4-mile run/walk to benefit the Iowa Women's Foundation on Saturday, May 12, 2012.    

You can register online at www.getmeregistred.com.  Pre-registration and packet pick-up is from 4:30-7:00 pm on Friday, May 11 at 120 Main Street, Cedar Falls.

Race day registration begins at 7:30 am at Island Park.  The race begins at 9:00am.
